Moey and Tammy
My name is Maureen (Moey) and I am a breast cancer survivor. After having a bilateral mastectomy, I still wanted to feel feminine and dare I say it – S E X Y.
However, I decided not to have reconstruction surgery and I found my prosthetics uncomfortable. I searched for months to find some, ANY, lingerie catering to my needs. Nothing. There is absolutely nothing available. I knew exactly what I needed to do. I have committed myself to rectify the situation for all women who have had to give up their breasts.
Enter long-time friend Tammy. Together, Butterfly Wings has become a reality.
After losing my breasts, it was devastating to find out that society tells us you need them to be beautiful. WE ARE HERE TO CHANGE THE STIGMA.
We aim to provide quality, custom fit undergarments for beautifully breastless women.
